The principle of MH medium

ELISA Kit The MH medium is MH agar medium. The MH in the microorganism is the acronym for Mueller-Hinton, referring to hydrolyzed casein. So the MH medium also becomes a casein hydrolysate. It is commonly used as a raw material for culture media and provides growth factors required for bacterial growth.

The principle of MH medium:

Beef flour and acid hydrolyzed casein provide nitrogen sources, vitamins and amino acids; soluble starch absorbs toxic metabolites.

Composition of MH medium:

Acid Hydrolyzed Casein/Acid Hydrolyzed Casein 17.5g

Beef extract powder 2g

Starch 1.5g

Agar 12g

MH medium usage:

21.0g of this product was weighed, heated and dissolved in 1000ml of distilled water, and autoclaved at 121°C for 15 minutes.

MH medium quality control:

Quality control is the same method used in routine experiments to determine the inhibitory rings of quality control strains. Fresh passage bacteria should be used. The method of coating the inoculated broth is the same as the routine operation, and the type of the antibiotic to be measured should also be the same as the type of the conventional determination.

Airless Spray Gun
This process occurs when paint is applied to an object through the use of an air-pressurized Spray Gun. The Sprayer Gun has a nozzle, paint basin, and air compressor. When the trigger is pressed the paint mixes with the compressed air stream and is released in a fine spray.

Types of nozzles and sprays
Due to a wide range of nozzle shapes and sizes, the consistency of the paint can be varied. The shape of the workpiece and the desired paint consistency and pattern are important factors when choosing a nozzle. The three most common nozzles are the full cone, hollow cone, and flat stream. There are two types of air-gun spraying processes. In a manual operation method the air-gun sprayer is held by a skilled operator, about 6 to 10 inches (15–25 cm) from the object, and moved back and forth over the surface, each stroke overlapping the previous to ensure a continuous coat.In an automatic process the gun head is attached to a mounting block and delivers the stream of paint from that position. The object being painted is usually placed on rollers or a turntable to ensure overall equal coverage of all sides.
