Doors & Windows Series Profile Extrusion Line
This series production line is designed for extrusion of PVC plastic window&door, cross-section cable duct, aluminum-plastic composite profiles and etc. The extruder adopts AC variable frequency or DC speed regulation drive, imported brand temperature controller.
The calibration vacuum pump and haul off motor are famous brand products. Maintenance is easy. After changing of the die and screw, is also can produce the Synthetic wood foam profiles better than single screw extruder performance and advantage.
The extrusion lines consists of KRSJ twin conical screw extruder and KRSJ single screw extruder, equipped with corresponding MSYF-seried profile auxiliary accessories and moulds, the following products can be produced: PVC/PP/PE plastic & wood profile, plastic & wood sheet , foamed profile, panels and others.

Yesterday was a tough day, with extreme heat and a serious garage fire that tested the skills and courage of our crew. The black shift responded quickly and efficiently, facing intense flames coming from the garage—visible in the photos provided. Engine 26 took a bold and aggressive approach, which likely prevented the fire from spreading further into the home. It’s moments like these that truly show the dedication and professionalism of our firefighters. A huge thank you to everyone involved for their outstanding work under pressure!
