Dongfeng Chaochai Laboratory obtains CNAS accreditation certificate

On February 17, 2012, Dongfeng Chaochao Laboratories successfully passed the “China National Accreditation Assessment Committee for Conformity Assessment” (abbreviation: CNAS) certification, and obtained a laboratory accreditation certificate issued by the National Accreditation Committee. It officially obtained CNAS accreditation and was confirmed as The national accredited laboratories allow the use of the ILAC-MRA/CNAS International Mutual Recognition Co-identification, which signifies that the Dongfeng Chaochao Laboratories' laboratory facilities, management level, and inspection capabilities have reached internationally recognized levels.

The Dongfeng Chaochao Laboratory has been approved by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment and has a total of 14 test items, including six engine test items, including engine emission detection, net power detection, performance testing, reliability testing, and engine product quality inspection and assessment. , Diesel vehicle free acceleration smoke detection, vehicle noise, vehicle cold start, vehicle reliability and other six vehicle detection items, as well as crankshaft fatigue test, starter durability test and other two parts testing project.

In mid-September 2011, the experts from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), Zhou Wei and others, came to the technical center laboratory for a three-day on-site review. After the review, the testing items submitted by Dongfeng Chaochao Laboratories are in compliance with the national CNAS. -CL01:2006 "Standards for Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competencies" and National CNAS-CL13:2011 "Standards for Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratories Competency Guidelines in the Field of Calibration". All test items were approved at once. The laboratory's quality management system and daily business operations also fully affirmed, but also pointed out that there are deficiencies. Zhao Haigang, deputy general manager of the site is also very satisfied with the results of the audit, and made important instructions to require the laboratory to correct and rectify the issues raised by the expert group to ensure the adoption of one stroke. Under the instruction of the deputy general manager of Zhaohai Port, the technical center laboratory conducted targeted and step-by-step reforms within the next two months, and submitted the rectification materials to China's conformity assessment by November 15 as required. The National Accreditation Council approved the final rectification results and obtained the CNAS accreditation certificate.

CNAS accreditation means that Dongfeng Chaochao’s laboratory has achieved a new and higher level of quality management system, equipment, environmental facilities, personnel competence, and inspection technology, and has achieved international mutual recognition qualifications. We have obtained the “International Pass” for 71 countries and regions where product inspection results have passed. The laboratory testing technology capabilities and management level have entered the “fast lane” of standardization, scientification, and standardization.
