Water-lubricated bearings will have a vast market in the future

Bearings for ships, pumps, etc., often use a technical structure and use oil as a lubricant. In this way, not only a lot of oil and metal resources are consumed, but also sealing is required to prevent oil leakage, which increases the complexity of the structure and causes many problems such as friction and wear, impact vibration, and noise.

In particular, the transmission components of ships are inevitably subject to oil leakage accidents, causing serious pollution to the water environment.

In cooperation with the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Wuchuan launched the project of “long-life, high-specific-pressure water-lubricated bearings” and studied the use of water instead of oil as the lubricant medium. The scale was applied to conventional ship shafts, pumps, hydraulic turbines, and other industrial equipment.

At present, the research group has developed and synthesized a series of polyurethane composite materials for bearings, and processed polyurethane composite materials into water-lubricated bearings of different sizes to solve some problems in the process of modification and processing of rubber and plastic materials.

Wu Defang, deputy general manager of Wuchuan, believes that vessels sailing on the Yangtze River are mainly based on oil-lubricated bearings, excreting thousands of tons of lubricants each year to the Yangtze River, causing great pollution. With the strengthening of environmental awareness, oil-lubricated bearings It will eventually be replaced by water-lubricated bearings. Therefore, water-lubricated bearings have a broad market prospect.

This project is not the only project of cooperation between Wuchuan and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Both parties have carried out extensive cooperation in marine titanium alloys, sealing materials, coatings, safety rescue capsules for mines, steel bridges, and other areas, and together with the Shenyang Institute of Automation, obtained The first national 863 project.

Hu Defang told reporters that the deeper the cooperation and exchanges with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the more they felt the disconnection between enterprises and research institutes, and the stronger the desire for cooperation between production and research. The scientific research achievements of the Chinese Academy of Sciences are systematic and cover almost all aspects of the shipbuilding industry. As a result, both parties have been able to make a concerted effort to establish a high-tech shipbuilding innovation center and jointly declare a national ship industrialization engineering base.

The main purpose of poultry chilling is to suppress the development of pathogenic microorganism and spoilage microorganism. Many researches show that the two microorganisms on the surface of carcass are largely reduced after chilling process. There are two main chilling method: water chilling and Air Chilling. At first, people tend to adopt air chilling in the chicken plucking process, instead of immersed chilling and drum-type chilling, for the consideration of chilling speed. While the modern research data doesn't support this point, and it shows that the chilling speed may affect the flavor, quality and appearance of meat, and shock chilling will cut down the meat quality, and slow chilling will cause PSE meat.

in Water chilling area, it contains water screw chiller, and water cooling units(water cooling system or Ice Flaker).for wather cooling units,it is for lower the temperature of water in the Screw Chilling, so that when pre-chilling the chickens, it can keep chickens in low temperautre(4-10°C),but different water cooling units have different effect.

also you can choose CONNECT Air chilling line. It is in one room, like a cold room. one automatic conveyor line is moving from outside to another side.and in this room,it is equiped with cold room equipment.
