  (2) Process and equipment

Ore chopped pulp dispersion, sieving, hydrocyclone desander, obtain - 20 μ m products, and then by centrifugal classification, stripping, bleaching, washing, and concentrated to remove fine particles smaller than 0.2 μ m, followed by filtration, drying, milling , obtaining a knife coating grade and a filler grade kaolin powder product.

In order to ensure product quality, the yield of coating grade products is improved. New technologies such as stripping and centrifugation are used in the process. Advanced equipment such as stripping machine, horizontal spiral centrifugal classifier, nozzle chip centrifuge, drum roller discharge vacuum filter and spray dryer have been introduced from abroad. The main beneficiation plant process equipment in Table 13.

(3) Technical and economic indicators

Due to the lack of normal production , the technical and economic indicators for design are listed in Table 14 . The quality of the pilot products is listed in Table 15 .
