Detecting the contact between the back of the jaw crusher and the bearing seat: According to the requirements of "JB/T5000.10-1998 General technical conditions for heavy machinery", the back of the tile must be scraped to meet the specified technical requirements. Otherwise, the reverse slip or rotation between the bearing bush and the bearing seat is easy to occur during the operation of the device. In order to prevent this phenomenon from occurring, pin and sleeve positioning methods are generally adopted.
III. Technical requirements for bearing scraping: According to the requirements in JB/T5000.10-1998 General technical conditions for heavy machinery, the spindle scraping should meet the following technical standards.
(1) The main shaft and the bearing bush should be evenly and finely contacted, and a certain matching clearance should be provided to form an oil wedge outside the contact angle between the upper and lower bearing bushes and the main shaft, and the wedge shape gradually transitions from the maximum to zero.
(2) The contact angle should not be too large or too small. If the contact angle is too small, the bearing pressure will increase. In severe cases, the bearing bush will be deformed greatly, accelerate the wear and shorten the service life, and the contact angle will be too large, which will affect the oil film. The formation of the joint damages the lubrication effect, so the contact angle is as small as possible without affecting the bearing condition of the bearing bush.
(3) The more actual contact spots in the contact angle range, the finer and more uniform the better.
4. Scrape the main shaft: the scraping bush should be based on the shaft. After the research, the inner hole scraper is used for scraping. The scraping process is to scrape the tile first, then scrape the tile first, and then scrape the whole tile. Finally, the scraping side gap and the oil storage point, the scraping of the bearing bush can be generally divided into three processes: rough scraping, fine scraping and fine scraping. When scraping, it should be taken first, then light, scraped, light, scraped and left small. In the bearing, and rotate two or three turns in the forward and reverse directions, then take out the spindle, and carry out rough scraping according to the distribution of the colored spots on the bearing. The rough scraping stage can be scraped with the positive rake angle, and the hand can be heavier in the first few times. (5) Fine scraping of upper and lower tiles: After the upper and lower tiles have been subjected to coarse and fine scraping, the contact spots are still large, and further lapping is required. First, the tile joints are added on the upper and lower tile joints. Install the spindle, upper tile, positioning pin, tighten the screw, make the spindle rotate a few turns in the normal running direction, then remove the upper tile, hang the spindle, and carry out the lapping work. When scraping, it is best to use the negative rake angle. Scrape until the contact spots on the contact surface meet the technical requirements.
(6) scraping side clearance and oil storage point: after the fine scraping is completed, the side clearance and the oil storage point should be scraped. When the crusher side gap is scraped, a part of the gap should be left to prevent oil from flowing out from both sides of the tile. To ensure the lubrication of the bearing bush, between the contact part and the non-contact part of the tile, it should be gradually transitioned, and no obvious boundary is allowed. Then, the oil spot is scraped on the contact arc surface of the bearing bush, and the oil storage point is used for storage. V. Measurement and adjustment method of bearing bush clearance: The clearance of bearing bush determines the thickness of the oil wedge and affects the running precision of the main shaft. If the bearing clearance is too large, the equipment will vibrate and reduce the service life. If the bearing clearance is too small, it will cause burning of the tile, so it is reasonable. Conditioning the bearing clearance is an important issue that must be met to the required standard.
(1) Adjustment and measurement method of top clearance C: The height of the top clearance can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the gasket at the joint surface of the bearing. The smaller the number of gaskets, the better the bearing compaction condition and the smoother the equipment operation. In the case of ensuring that there is no burning tile, the less the better the gasket, the measurement method of the top gap is usually measured by the pressure lead method.
(2) Adjustment and measurement method of side clearance: The side clearance between the bearing bush and the journal is usually measured by a feeler gauge. The length of the feeler inserted into the gap during measurement should not be less than 1/4 of the shaft diameter. The side gaps of the faces should be evenly equal.
(3) Measurement method of axial clearance: The axial clearance of the bearing bush is generally measured with a feeler gauge.
