The invention patent of “a heavily loaded CNC rotary table” is based on the company’s 2010 project titled “Key Technology Research and Development and Application of Large Heavy-duty CNC Rotary Tables” and “High-grade CNC Machine Tools and Basic Manufacturing Equipment” major scientific and technological issues For product applications, this technology uses a dual-lead worm gear structure that eliminates gaps and a static locking system. The static locking system is hydraulically locked and is evenly set on the lower end of the worktable's outer circumference. An independent static locking system, by injecting pressure oil into the cylinder, relying on the friction force generated by the brake plate against the worktable to brake the worktable, its brake tightening force is large, and the static rigidity of the turntable is good; it is used in the lower end of the worm gear frame. Evenly set up multiple damping dynamic vibration absorption systems to eliminate the vibration generated during cutting; at the same time, it can greatly improve the processing efficiency and precision of the large-scale CNC machine tools that are matched with it, and reduce the manufacturing costs of the parts. The technology of this product is currently at the leading level in the country and was granted a patent for invention after examination by the State Intellectual Property Office according to the examination procedure for patents for inventions.
