04 Beijing International Automobile Exhibition held from June 9th to 16th
The 2004 Beijing International Automobile Exhibition, scheduled to run from June 9th to June 16th, is set to be a major event in the automotive industry. Wan Jifei, chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, recently confirmed the dates and highlighted the significance of the exhibition. This year's show will take place at the China International Exhibition Center as its main venue, with the National Agricultural Exhibition Center serving as a secondary location. The total exhibition area will cover 120,000 square meters, making it one of the largest auto shows in Asia.
Since its inception in 1990, the Beijing International Auto Show has grown rapidly, becoming the leading professional automobile exhibition in China over the past decade. In 2002, the exhibition already reached a scale of 80,000 square meters, demonstrating its continuous expansion and increasing international recognition. According to organizers, the event has now earned a place among the top ten automobile exhibitions worldwide.
