Zhejiang Yongjia Establishes National Valve Quality Supervision and Inspection Center

Yongjia County, Oubei City New District takes the construction of the National Valve Quality Supervision and Inspection Center as the lead, solves the common problems in the development of the industry, and builds a seamlessly connected public service platform.

In the past, specialty products produced by valve companies in northern Anhui Province had to be sent to inspection agencies in Hefei, Beijing and other places for inspection. The roads are far away, take a long time, and have high additional costs. With the support of the Wenzhou Municipal Government, Yongjia County won the qualification for the preparation of the National Valve Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Through more than one year of unremitting efforts, it passed the pre-acceptance inspection of the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau in October last year.

The inspection center was on the doorstep of the home, and the cost of inspections dropped drastically, driving the quality of the Yongjia valve industry. "Enterprises send new products for inspection, and the center's professional and technical personnel work together with the company's chief engineers and technicians to study data," said Lin Mei, director of the Quality Inspection Institute of the Quality Supervision Bureau of Yongjia County. With the help of the center, the valve companies such as Founder and Chaoda passed relevant certifications and became one of the largest energy companies in the world, the supplier of Royal Dutch Shell Royal Oil Company.

At the same time, the center actively cooperated with well-known laboratories such as Germany and the United States, and obtained the inspection and authorization authority of the world's top 500 companies, which provided a bridge for domestic pump and valve companies to enter the international market.
