There are three kinds of defects in traditional equipment

1. The bottom of the crushing chamber is convenient for unloading. All of them are designed into a conical shape. Second, the crushing area is limited to an approximately flat area, and the area is narrow, so that there is relatively less chance for the material to be entrained, impacted, squeezed, and rubbed by the air stream.

Third, the traditional structure makes the material in the process of being crushed, its fluidization state is limited to the top of the nozzle, and the material deposited in the cone below the grinding chamber can not form a fluidized state.

The above defects are the main reason for the high energy consumption and low efficiency of the traditional fluidized bed micro-flow mill.

New equipment to achieve "three-dimensional injection"

In view of these defects in the traditional fluidized bed ultrafine jet mill, the researchers of Beijing Weilin Huxin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., after more than ten years of research and development, successfully developed new nozzles by changing the nozzle settings of the traditional mill. The nozzles of the series are located in the same plane around the crushing chamber, forming a certain angle with the plane, and the nozzles are symmetrical downward. This type of nozzle arrangement breaks through the drawbacks of the traditional fluidized bed jet mill that the comminution area is similar to the plane. Verified by the production practice, compared with the traditional models, the new models can increase the efficiency by 1 to 2 times under the same energy consumption, which greatly reduces the production cost.
