Uncap centrifuge is a conventional laboratory centrifuge, widely used in clinical medicine, biochemistry, immunology, blood stations, medicine and other scientific research education and production departments, off cap centrifuge is also known as vacuum capillaries special cap centrifuge.

The advantages of the uncap centrifuge and the ordinary centrifuge are that: (1) The cover of the vacuum blood collection tube is automatically taken off during the centrifugation to improve work efficiency.

(2) Instead of manual capping, preventative reagents come in contact with the body.

Installation Precautions (1) The table surface must be solid and flat to prevent the capping centrifuge from generating vibration or moving the instrument during operation.

(2) The power supply has an independent grounding line. It is forbidden to share the neutral wire with the ground wire to prevent electric shock.

(3) There should be no corrosive gas and electromagnetic field interference around the capping centrifuge to prevent premature failure of the protective layer of the instrument and interference with electrical components.

(4) The level of the cap-free centrifuge is set to ensure uniform force on the four rubber feet.

Using the Code 1. Uncap centrifuge After removing the rotor from the end of centrifugation, place it on the test bench, dry the remaining water in the chamber, and leave the centrifuge lid open.

2. Turn the lid on the platform of the centrifuge, or place it on the test bench. Do not tighten the float on the rotating head. Because once it is started, the cover will fly out and cause an accident!

3. After turning the cover, be sure to use a finger to touch the rotating head and the cover without gaps. If there is any gap, you should unscrew and re-tighten until the gap is confirmed and the centrifuge can be started.

IV. In the process of centrifuging, the operator must not leave the centrifuge room. If an abnormal situation occurs, the operator cannot turn off the power (POWER) and press STOP.

V. Do not use shoddy centrifuge tubes. Do not use centrifuge tubes that are aging, deformed, cracked, or of unqualified quality.

6. The last worker who uses the centrifuge on holidays and in the evening must leave behind a routine safety check.
