In the same period, 147.9 yen (approximately 1.49 US dollars) surged to 249.9 yen (approximately 2.52 US dollars). Fiscal Year 2013 Performance Expectations: For the full year of 2013, Bridgestone expects its cumulative operating income to reach 3,590 billion yen (approximately US$36.26 billion), an increase of 18.1% over the previous fiscal year; net profit will reach 244 billion yen (approximately 24.85%).
