How to extend the service life of powder screening

Powder screening is a kind of professional inspection screen which is independently developed by Zhejiang Top Instrument Co., Ltd. During use, the following items should be noted to extend the service life of the powder screening screen.

1. Install firmly. For long-term operation of a powder screening sieve, it should be in a fixed state. If the working site is frequently changed, the powder screening screen should be installed on a stand made of angle iron. When the powder test sieve is working, it should be placed on a horizontal and sturdy work bench to keep the whole machine stable.

2. Carefully check and adjust. Check the tightening of fasteners in each department. Loosening should be tightened. Before starting, first turn the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth, hammers and rotors are flexible and reliable. There is no collision phenomenon in the shell. Whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the machine, and whether the lubrication of the powder screening screen is good. Do not easily increase or decrease the tape wheel to prevent the excessive speed from damaging the Parts, or the speed is too low to reduce the work efficiency. Before the main machine works, it must check whether the pressing hook has fixed the screen firmly so as not to throw the screen out. After start-up, idle for 2 to 3 minutes. No abnormalities will occur before feeding.

3. Screens should be stored in a dry, non-corrosive environment. It is strictly forbidden to use a hard object to draw screens. When replacing the screen, the same size screen should be replaced and must be tight. The operation of the pulverized sieve should always be noticed in the work, and the feeding should be uniform to prevent clogging. If any vibration, noise, high temperature, or external spray is detected, check the machine immediately for stoppage and continue working after troubleshooting. The materials to be crushed should also be carefully inspected to avoid accidents such as nails, stones, and other debris mixed into the crushing chamber.

4. Before switching on the product, check that the voltage indicated on the product matches the local voltage. The power socket uses a three-pin socket and ensures reliable grounding. Feeders should stand on the side of the shredder to prevent them being injured by bounced debris. When crushing a long stalk crop, do not hold it too tightly to prevent the hand from being injured.

5. Stop the feeding before shutting down. After the material in the standby is cleared, shut off the power and stop. After shutdown, maintenance work such as cleaning and lubrication should be performed.

6. After the powder test sieve is working for a long time, it should keep the screen grid and the host clean.

7. If the instrument device is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its maintenance department or similar professional.
