INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR

1) The design and production
Our quick connect fittings are made of synthetic materials, designed to be innovative, secure, and efficient. They are suitable for various media carrying lines such as fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are ideal for automotive applications, especially in emissions systems. The design follows the SAE J2044-2009 standard for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If your needs differ, we can customize the product accordingly. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection. The compact size makes it possible to arrange multiple connectors densely, offering greater flexibility in your design.

2) Security of quick connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring with a radial sealing structure. Modified rubber o-rings are used, which are resistant to fluid chemistry, aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures that no bonding occurs between the two sealing rings, and the outer synthetic rubber o-rings improve mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring that they do not fall off or shift. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.

These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, as well as their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & disconnect operation method of quick connector
A quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps to connect two connectors together. After pulling back, the connection is complete. To repair or remove the quick connector, push the male connector forward and press the clip button, allowing the lock to expand and making it easy to pull out the connector. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be applied before reseating.
