The SF flotation machine is designed with an advanced forward-type tank structure and features a double-blade wheel along with a diversion pipe and false bottom device. This design allows the slurry to flow in an up-and-down cycle, making it particularly effective for the flotation of coarse-grained minerals. It can absorb fresh air and slurry without the need for a foam pump, making it suitable for the separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, precious metals, non-metallic minerals, and chemical raw materials, as well as the recovery of useful minerals.
 
2. Working Principle of Top Manufacturer Coal Fluorite Flotation Separator Plant
When the flotation machine operates, the motor drives the impeller to rotate, creating centrifugal force and negative pressure. On one hand, this process absorbs ample air and mixes it with the mineral slurry, while on the other hand, the mixed slurry is combined with reagents. The foams become thinner, allowing the minerals to bind with the froth and float to the surface of the slurry, forming a mineralized froth. The liquid level can be adjusted using the height of the adjustment flashboard, enabling the useful froth to be scraped off by the squeegee.
