Introduction to ATS Two-Stage Compounding Line
To produce PVC cable materials, we typically use the ATS two-stage compounding line. This system includes an ATE twin-screw extruder, an ASE single-screw extruder, and a downstream pelletizing system. The first stage involves polymer compounding, while the second stage ensures gentle extrusion at lower temperatures, followed by pelletizing through the downstream cutting system.

Pelletizing System Details
The ATS compounding line can be equipped with multiple cutting systems. Thanks to its modular design, both instrument control and PLC control options are available for the electrical system. Key electrical components are sourced from European brands to ensure stable and reliable performance.
For producing PVC cable materials, the air-cooled die-face hot cutting system is commonly used. This system combines the high-speed and strong compounding of the twin-screw extruder with the low-speed, low-temperature, and weak-shear characteristics of the single-screw extruder, making it an ideal choice for heat-sensitive or shear-sensitive materials.
