High Quality Recycled PET Pellets Extrusion Machine
This pet flakes pelletizing line is equipped with SHJ series parallel twin screw extruders, ideal for producing high-quality PET granules from clean PET flakes. The system includes a SHJ parallel twin screw extruder, die, hydraulic screen exchanger, cooling flume, air dryer, cutter, and silo. It can also be used for materials like PET, PP, PE, PA, and ABS. The SHJ series extruders are specially designed for processing PET bottles, flakes, PVC, plastic sheets, and other crushed materials. They offer excellent performance, high output, low energy consumption per kilogram, and easy operation.
Structure of the PET Flakes Pelletizing Line:
- Stage 1: Single screw extruder
- Stage 2: SJ low-speed single screw extruder. Both machines are vertically arranged.
