Description of PET Flakes Pelletizing Line:
This PET flakes pelletizing line is equipped with SHJ series parallel twin screw extruders, ideal for producing high-quality PET granules from clean PET flakes. The system includes a SHJ parallel twin screw extruder, die, hydraulic screen exchanger, cooling flume, air dryer, cutter, and silo. It can also be used for other materials such as PET, PP, PE, PA, and ABS. These extruders are specifically designed for processing PET bottles, flakes, PVC, plastic sheets, and other crushed materials. They offer excellent performance, high output, low power consumption per kilogram, and ease of operation.
Structure of PET Flakes Pelletizing Line:
Stage 1 is a single screw extruder.
Stage 2 is an SJ low-speed single screw extruder. Both machines are vertically arranged.
