Chicago MVA highway response, 1-23-16

Here’s my rewritten version: "This just came in from Steve Redick on the scene. He sent over some details and photos from the accident involving a vehicle collision near the intersection of Natoma and JFK. When he got there, he reported that no one was actually pinned inside the vehicle, which is good news. However, at least one person was taken to a trauma center, and based on what he described, it seemed pretty serious. Hopefully, the injuries aren’t as severe as they initially appeared. Attached are several images he shared showing the aftermath of the crash and the response efforts. You can see the fire trucks and emergency personnel working to secure the scene. It looks like they had the situation under control, but it’s always tense in moments like these. Steve mentioned that the responders used some effective blocking techniques to manage traffic around the incident. [First Image Caption: Fire trucks responding to the highway crash.
