• Rubber disc return rollers are commonly used on the return belt of conveyor systems. They are manufactured from mild steel with a diameter of 89mm and feature shafts ranging from 20mm to 30mm depending on the application. The number of rubber discs varies based on the required belt width, and they can be arranged in different patterns as per customer specifications. These rollers can also be fully equipped with rubber discs along their entire length for enhanced performance. The design ensures that any spilled material falls away due to the gap between the return belt and the top of the disc, preventing buildup. Additionally, the rubber discs improve belt traction, helping to reduce belt misalignment.
