The Features of the Machine:
1. Equipped with two turntables, an open intermittent indexing cam mechanism, and gear transmission with a longitudinal axis structure. The cam is made in Korea.
2. The whole machine uses an automatic lubrication system for smoother operation of all mechanical parts.
3. The bottom sealing is done using hot air devices, which are imported from Switzerland, ensuring efficiency and quality.
4. This model has a higher speed (100 pcs/min) than the RD-12/22 machine, with an additional Swiss Leister hot air device for side sealing, combining both hot air and ultrasonic sealing methods.
5. Side sealing is done via ultrasonic technology, using Evergreen equipment from Taiwan.
6. The cup top curling process involves two steps: rotary curling and heating shaping, resulting in a more stable and visually appealing cup.
7. The machine comes with a PLC control system, sensor failure detection, and automatic shutdown in case of issues, improving safety and reducing labor costs. The PLC, touch screen, inverter, temperature controller, and sensors are all from Korea.
8. All bearings are manufactured in Japan (NSK brand), and the vacuum generator is also made in Japan (SMC brand).
