According to a certain percentage of the replacement price (the sales price of remanufactured products minus the recycling price of the old ones), the state grants one-time subsidies to consumers through the promotion of enterprises. The implementation of this policy not only facilitates the recycling of remanufactured old parts, expands the sources of old parts, but also helps expand the influence of remanufactured products, supports the remanufactured products market promotion, and realizes the scale and standardization of remanufacturing industries.
