How to operate scientifically after installing the electric heating system

First, before starting the electric heating system, the following preparations should be made:

1. Before the electric heating system is delivered to users, it should complete the operation and commissioning and system acceptance. If the user is refitted after acceptance of the electric heating system, the electric heating system should be confirmed before the start of the system, especially the heating element is not damaged, with emphasis on testing the insulation resistance of the system.

2. Before the heating, the electric heating system shall be tested and checked, including the entrance power supply, the ground end, and the control system. For the power supply section, the stability of the voltage should be checked. And check whether the various security protection facilities can work normally, and determine whether the temperature indicated by the thermostat can be turned on or off according to the control settings.

3, to check the surface before starting. If the electric heating and heating area needs to place furniture, it is recommended to use furniture with legs. And it is forbidden to perform drilling and other actions that may damage electric heating in the area where electric heating is laid.

4. For users who have peak-valley electricity prices during heating in winter, they should adjust or start peak-valley metering and operate correctly under the guidance of relevant departments.

Second, start the electric heating system properly:

After doing the above preparations, the following steps should be taken to properly start the electric heating system:

1. Before the heating season starts the electric heating system for the first time, first confirm that the thermostat is in the power-off state.

2. Switch on power to the system.

3, open the thermostat power supply, according to the use of thermostat instructions, select the temperature control mode, confirm that the thermostat working status and the corresponding settings.

4. Observe and test the working conditions of the system, including the ground heating rate, the working status of the thermostat, and the operation of the safety protection system.

Third, standard use

After the start of the electric heating system, it does not mean that you can sit back and relax. On the contrary, you should strengthen the normative management from the following aspects:

1, heating temperature settings. When using the electric heating system, the normal heating indoor temperature is recommended to be set at 16°C-18°C. When the room temperature is 18°C, the average temperature of the ground surface is 26°C ± 2°C, and the body temperature at this time has reached 21°C. Weak old people, patients and young children can increase the set temperature appropriately, but it is recommended not to exceed 20°C.

2, energy-saving operation management. First of all, for long-term uninhabited users, when using electric heating systems for room freeze protection, it is recommended to set the temperature to about 5°C. Too low temperature settings may cause indoor equipment or water pipes below the freezing point due to indoor structure, electrical heating layout, wind speed, temperature controller position and temperature measurement accuracy.

Finally, when the normal heating period sets the temperature according to the different functions of the room, the temperature difference of the adjacent room should be controlled within 5°C. When leaving the room for a short period of time, the room temperature setting may be appropriately lowered, for example, at about 12°C, but the system should not be turned off. Uninhabited rooms should also be kept at low temperatures in order to ensure the heating needs of adjacent rooms.

Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate

Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (SLES),white or yellowish paste, an anionic Detergent and surfactant found in many personal care products (soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, etc.). SLES is an inexpensive and very effective foaming agent.SLES, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), ammonium lauryl sulfate (ALS), and sodium pareth sulfate are surfactants that are used in many cosmetic products for their cleaning and emulsifying properties. They behave similarly to soap. It is derived from palm kernel oil or coconut oil.

Its chemical formula is CH3(CH2)11(OCH2CH2)nOSO3Na. Sometimes the number represented by n is specified in the name, for example laureth-2 sulfate. The product is heterogeneous in the number of ethoxyl groups, where n is the mean. Laureth-3 sulfate is common in commercial products.

SLES is prepared by ethoxylation of dodecyl alcohol, which is produced industrially from palm kernel oil or coconut oil. The resulting ethoxylate is converted to a half ester of sulfuric ACID, which is neutralized by conversion to the sodium salt.[1] The related surfactant sodium lauryl sulfate (also known as sodium dodecyl sulfate or SDS) is produced similarly, but without the ethoxylation step. SLS and ammonium lauryl sulfate (ALS) are commonly used alternatives to SLES in consumer products.

SLES is a kind of anionic surfactant with excellent performance.

It has good cleaning, emulsifying, wetting, densifying and foaming performance, with good solvency, wide compatibility, strong resistance to hard water, high biodegradation, and low irritation to skin and eye.

1.SLES(Sodium Laureth Sulphate) widely used in liquid detergent.; e.g. Shampoo, dishwashing detergent, bubble bath liquid, hand washing etc.

2.If using SLES(Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate) to replace LABSA partially, phosphate can be saved or reduced, and general dosage of active matter may be reduced, in washing powder and detergent for heavy dirty.

3.SLES(Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate) can be used as lubricant, dyeing agent, cleanser, foaming agent and degreasing agent.; e.g. printing and dyeing industry, petroleum and leather industry.
