Working Principle
Hot air is distributed downward in a spiral pattern into the drying tower after filtering and heating. At the same time, the solution is atomized into millions of tiny droplets, forming a fog-like mist. These droplets come into contact with the hot air, and most of the water evaporates almost instantly, resulting in the formation of dry particles. The dried powder and granules then fall into the exhaust pipe at the bottom of the drying tower and are collected in the material tank.

Working Steps

  • 1. Atomizing: Raw material is atomized into fine droplets using an atomizer.
  • 2. Contact between droplets and hot air: Hot air enters the drying chamber and comes into contact with the droplets through an air distributor, moving in the chamber (can be co-current, counter-current, or mixed flow).
  • 3. Drying Process: Due to the large surface area of the droplets, there is significant heat and moisture exchange with the hot air, which leads to rapid evaporation (within seconds to tens of seconds).
