Working Principle
Hot air is distributed downward in a spiral manner into the drying tower after being filtered and heated. At the same time, the solution is atomized into millions of small droplets, forming a mist. These droplets come into contact with the hot air, and most of the water evaporates quickly, forming dry powder. The resulting powder and granules fall into the exhaust pipe at the bottom of the drying tower and are collected in the material tank.

Working Steps

  • 1. Atomizing: Raw material is atomized into fine droplets using a nozzle.
  • 2. Contact between Droplets and Hot Air: Hot air enters the drying chamber through an air distributor, mixing with the droplets and moving in the chamber (can be co-current, counter-current, or mixed flow).
  • 3. Drying Process: Due to their large surface area, droplets interact rapidly with the hot air, allowing quick evaporation of moisture within seconds.
