1) The Design and Production

Made from synthetic materials, they are ideal for most media-carrying lines such as fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are especially suitable for automotive piping systems. The design and production strictly follow the SAE J2044-2009 standard for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product doesn't meet your needs, we can customize it according to your requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for faster and easier connection and disconnection. The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides, enabling high-density arrangements and greater flexibility in design.

2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings. These rings are specifically designed for fluid physics and chemistry, offering resistance to aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, ensuring no bonding occurs between the two sealing rings. The outer synthetic rubber O-rings enhance mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened inside the shell using an elastic clamping device, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting. This ensures a highly secure seal.

The quick connector consists of body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps secure the connection. To disconnect, push the male connector and press the clip button, then pull it out easily. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
