High angle rescue in Chicago, 6-2-19

Sure! Here's a rewritten version of the content: --- I just got this message from Eric Haak: > "On Sunday afternoon (June 2), companies from Chicago’s 6th Battalion faced a challenging rescue situation at 53rd and Union. A tree trimmer was trapped upside down at a moderate height with a broken leg. Truck 18 quickly positioned themselves so they could use their ladder to stabilize the victim until Squad 5 and Tower Ladder 39 arrived to help. While Truck 18 held the man's weight, it took some time to carefully untangle him. Eventually, Tower Ladder 39 managed to lower their basket beneath him and safely brought him down. The whole operation took around 45 minutes. Access for TL39 was tricky due to the soft ground from all the recent heavy rains; they even had to use fence posts being installed on a nearby vacant lot to stabilize their rig."
