The armature can be divided into four parts roughly, they are fixed core(who with or without shading ring depending on DC or AC voltage type), plunger tube and tube base(has option of stainless steel and brass), mobile plunger(installed with inner and outer spring, top and bottom seal).
The fixed core and movable plunger are made of high magnetic stainless iron, such as 430FR, has good performance of attraction and rust-proof. During production, we doing inspection after each procedure.
The plunger tube is made of H62 brass or seamless 304 stainless steel, the wall thickness from 0.20mm to 2.5mm available. All raw material is inspected before put them into our warehouse.
The plunger tube base is made of H59 brass or 304 stainless steel, with high performance, also we inspected each lot before put them in warehouse.
According to application requirement, choose suitable welding to connect each part, such as laser soldering, argon-arc welding, silver soldering.

"Going out to sea" and "distress" Sunshine lighting in the United States reinvested in patent infringement case

The after-sales phone was misprinted. Public information shows that Lloyd's is the second-largest home furnishing chain in the US, and Kichler is a brand that sells lamps at Lloyd's. ALI and Sunshine Lighting have successively agreed to supply Kricher products to Lloyd's. According to ALI, since August of this year, consumers have received telephone calls, reflecting that the Kichler brand LED products produced by ALI have a feeling of numbness after being connected to the power supply, or that the product cannot be used normally. Victor Deng, head of ALI, said that ALI had a trademark licensing agreement with Kichler and designed the product packaging for an order, but the latter agreement was stopped, so no ALI related products entered the market. Victor Deng introduced that ALI subsequently discovered that the LED products that consumers said were produced by Sunlight, while the after-sales phone was printed with ALI's after-sales phone. Yes, the phone number was printed incorrectly. I asked later, it was indeed wrong, it was ALI. Zhao Fanghua said that in the batch of products produced by Sunshine Lighting, the above products were supplied to Lloyd's because the employees did not pay attention to the number of after-sales telephones. On August 25th, ALI issued a lawyer's letter requesting Sunshine Lighting to stop all Kichler brand LED products sold in the United States and printed with ALI sales phone numbers on the outer packaging. Victor Deng said that he had reported to Lloyd's and Kichler about the above two issues, but the person in charge of Lloyd's Purchasing told him that he did not know the phone number was wrong, saying that Sunlight told Lloyd that it was printed on the product. The after-sales phone number is purchased from ALI. Zhao Fanghua responded that the specific business aspects are not clear. This is the statement after ALI communicated with Lloyd's and Kichler, but it is not clear how they communicated. Victor Deng said that in order to prevent ALI from carrying the corresponding burden, he decided to sue Sunlight and its subsidiaries in the United States, Dallas, and other three companies. Re-contracted product patent disputes ALI sued Sunlight, and also believed that it used the product packaging originally designed by ALI for Kichler. We have design rights and we have exclusive rights. Victor Deng said that the outer packaging of the product was designed by ALI. After the initial receipt of Lloyd's order, Lloyd's allowed ALI to use the Kichler brand to design the outer packaging of the product. Victor Deng recalled that ALI and Kichler signed the Trademark Licensing Agreement, but Victor Deng failed to provide the official "Trademark License Agreement" containing the signatures of ALI and Kichler. According to the unsigned agreement, ALI is the only authorized supplier of Kichler, and ALI is responsible for the cost of the packaging design at its own expense. On August 30, Sun Junwei, a lawyer from Sunshine Lighting, replied in a lawyer's letter. Sunlight Lighting produced the Kichler brand LED products supplied to Lloyd's, and was authorized by the Kichler trademark. The outer packaging was handed over to a product packaging design. The company was designed and ultimately verified by Kichler. Kichler's responsible person said that Kichler has more than 50 suppliers and is unaware of litigation disputes between ALI and Sunlight. The reporter asked Kichler's legal staff. However, the reporter waited for nearly a week, and as of press time, there was still no response from Kichler's legal staff. Zhao Fanghua said that the overall supply involved in the lawsuit is not much. In the order of Sunshine Lighting and Lloyd's, the operating income realized is estimated to be around 30 million yuan. Zhao Fanghua also believes that Sunlight is mainly based on processing and manufacturing in foreign countries. The lawsuit has little impact on the company itself. The lawsuit will not affect the cooperation between Sunshine Lighting and Kichler and Lloyd's. As the first privately-listed company in the domestic lighting industry, the contribution of overseas markets to its performance is very important. According to the 2016 semi-annual report, the main market share of Sunshine Lighting is concentrated in Europe and the United States, of which North America's operating income is 473 million yuan, accounting for 22%. Zhao Fanghua also said that the current subsidiary of Sunlight Lighting in the United States has received the ALI lawsuit, and the company headquarters has not received it due to the time difference.
