6. What is the standard of packaging? Standard packaging: bubble bags, carton boxes, wooden cases, or pallets. Custom packaging available upon request.
7. What's the delivery time? a. Normal: 5–7 working days for samples. 12–30 working days for mass production. b. Urgent orders can be prioritized based on customer needs.
8. How to handle complaints? If any issues occur after receiving goods, please send photos and detailed complaint points. We will address the issue within 8 hours and arrange re-production if needed, delivering new replacements within 5 days. JML will cover all costs, including shipping.
