An important research progress on the key technical methods for measuring marine biological elements in Anguang

In the aspect of on-line measurement of seawater chlorophyll, the method of marine phytoplankton identification and chlorophyll classification measurement based on three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy was studied. The core technology of seawater chlorophyll weak fluorescence signal detection was solved. The method based on discrete three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy was designed for the first time in the world. The underwater in-situ measuring instrument has higher precision than the existing measuring means.
In the measurement of marine primary productivity, the fluorescence kinetics measurement and inversion methods of phytoplankton photosynthesis fluorescence parameters, photosynthesis rate, effective photosynthetic reaction center concentration and other factors were studied, and the variable light pulse regulation of photosynthetic electron transfer process was developed. The key techniques of phase and relaxation fluorescence kinetics signal detection, preliminary establishment of the marine primary productivity fluorescence kinetics measurement model, the first design of underwater in situ measurement instrument based on fluorescence kinetics method. In addition, a time-domain detection method for seawater dissolved oxygen based on fluorescence lifetime and a two-point integral fluorescence lifetime rapid detection technique were developed.
Currently, relevant instruments are being tested, and the results are published in Optics Express, 2018, 26(6): A251-A259; Optics Express, 2018, 26(6): A293-A300; Journal of Optics, 2018, 38(10): 1001005 and so on. The project was approved at the end of August through the mid-term inspection of the project organized by the Oceans Division of China's Agenda 21 Management Center.
