On May 28, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce amended the dumping margins of Chinese companies involved to 22.67% to 98.37%.
US anti-dumping final rule on Chinese steel pipes
On September 13, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an announcement to make an anti-dumping final ruling on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard pipes, line pipes and pressure pipes originating in China (see table below).
