US anti-dumping final rule on Chinese steel pipes

On September 13, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an announcement to make an anti-dumping final ruling on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard pipes, line pipes and pressure pipes originating in China (see table below).

April 22, 2010, the US Department of Commerce made the preliminary ruling on the case, ruled that Chinese enterprises involved in the dumping margin of 32.39% - 98.37%. On May 28, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce amended the dumping margins of Chinese companies involved to 22.67% to 98.37%.
