1. Rotor pump:

     A rotor pump is a positive displacement pump that operates by the relative movement between the rotor and the pump casing to change the working volume, thereby increasing the energy of the fluid.

     Also known as Roots pumps, lobe pumps, or high-concentration pumps, these devices rely on two synchronized rotors. A pair of external synchronous transmission gearboxes drive the rotor shafts in opposite directions, creating a high vacuum and discharge pressure. The two rotors divide the rotor chamber into several small spaces, operating in an I-II-III-IV sequence. When I reaches its position, only the inlet is filled with media; during operation to II, the II chamber closes part of the media; when III is reached, the III chamber also closes the medium; at IV, the inlet and outlet chambers are connected, allowing the medium to be transported through the pipe. This cycle ensures continuous media transport.

7. The impeller and transmission gears are separated from the pump chamber, ensuring a certain gap between components, thus reducing wear, noise, and increasing reliability and lifespan while saving energy.

8. After configuring the drive, the flow can be freely adjusted, making it suitable for general metering pumps.

9. Can transport gas, liquid, and solid, such as three-phase hybrid materials. The viscosity of the medium can reach up to 1,000,000 CP and 55% solids slurry.

    B: Yes, we are a factory. One of our factories is located in Guangzhou, and another one is in Jiangsu province. We have about 100 workers in our factory and have 18 years of experience in cosmetic machinery.

2. A: What about after sale service?

    B: We provide a two-year warranty period for large equipment such as hydraulic homogenizers, vacuum emulsifying mixers, etc. For small filling machines like semi-automatic labeling machine series, we offer a one-year warranty.

    We provide wearing parts (not caused by improper operation) free of charge within the warranty period (excluding delivery fee).

3. A: What about installation?

    B: Our engineers can be sent to your country, but the customer should pay for the air tickets. Additionally, the customer should arrange accommodation for them during the trip.

4. A: What do we do if we encounter a problem with the machine?

    B: Please show us a picture or video of the issue. If the problem is from a small machine, we will send you a solution via video. If the problem is from a large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (the customer will pay the travel fee).

5. A: How do you control quality and delivery?

    B: All our machines are tested before packaging. Wooden packaging is strong and safe for long-distance delivery.
