On September 6, a biotechnology company in Haoxue Town Industrial Park in Jiangling County caused a fire due to explosion of the dryer. After receiving the alert, Jiangling County quickly launched an emergency plan to mobilize local public security, fire control, safety supervision, medical, and environmental protection departments to dispose of it quickly. After two hours, the dangerous situation was successfully eliminated.
The accident occurred at 13:18 on the same day. After the incident, the Gangneung County Government initiated a plan for the disposal of hazardous chemicals. The fire squadron dispatched two fire engines to the site for disposal. The smoke was filled with smoke everywhere, and the strong pungent smell made it difficult to breathe. After investigation and inquiry, the general headquarters of the deputy magistrate Peng Junqiang was appointed as the commander of the deputy magistrate. The commander of the emergency rescue brigade served as the commander to conduct the on-site command.
