  • Step 3: Expansion to the exact diameter, allowing the bead to fit into the groove, overlapping the turn-up, and applying the tread while stitching it tightly.
5. The splicing position of the nylon cord and tread is carefully placed on the opposite side to ensure better tire balance.
6. A patented tread stitching device ensures tighter and more efficient tread application, enhancing overall tire durability.
7. Bead setting rings are equipped with powerful magnets, enabling fast and precise positioning of the bead wire.
